Here at Metropolis HQ many of our clients tell us they’re after a modern party band…then very quickly qualify that with ‘no cheese!’. But what does ‘cheese’ mean? After 13 years in the business we’ve got a fair idea but one thing we’ve realised it’s a very subjective term. It means different things to different people.

Times Are Changing

Of course none of the above are really off limits - after all they are tried and tested party classics. However, tastes change. Even recently, function band classic ‘Blame it on the boogie’ seems to be getting the thumbs down. Five years ago that would have never happened which is proof times are changing.
