The New Metropolis Party and Function Band Website is HERE!
Well, it’s been five months in the making and it’s finally arrived – THE NEW METROPOLIS WEBSITE HAS LANDED!Having built websites periodically during my career, I always forget what an under taking building one is - this was absolutely no exception. If you look around the site you’ll appreciate that many, many significant changes have taken place in the last six months; however, what I’d like to do first is let you know about many of the important people behind the scenes who have made it all happen. The whole project was (and still is) headed up by web marketing extraordinaire Jim Kinloch from Conversion Detectives. Jim put the initial site specification together and project managed the operation via the most comprehensive word file you’ve ever seen. He was assisted Sam Georgeson in St Albans and CCS guru Enyate Rajib, believe it or not in Bangladesh.Web design was under the mouse click the multitalented actor, fireman and HTML master John Alastair. Far more than just manipulating a Wordpress theme John bought some amazing design ideas to the site. The Polaroid concept is a work of genius! Now to the new video - I think this could be several posts, even an article in its self! We’ve got the fantastic @motion Productions to thank for this – Paul Richman and & Steve Hill. Not to mention the newly weds Jessica & Jeremy Litman and everyone at Bespoke Events and One Marylebone for making it happen. Thinking, about it … let’s talk about this next week! The last person who needs mentioning and welcoming to the fold official, in an official capacity, is long standing drummer Toby Goodman. His official title is “Partner / Jewish Events Director” has the fantastic role of developing Metropolis Production’s portfolio specifically in the Jewish market. Having worked on literally hundreds of Jewish Simchas, Bar & Bat Mitzvahs himself and of course having had his own Jewish Wedding, to Sarah-Jane back in January, there’s no one better to take on this on.Please subscribe to the blog, follow us on Twitter, like us on Facebook because this is just the start of a very exciting journey!
