Gigging Success Podcast
The Gigging Success Podcast is a podcast and website designed for party & cover bands wishing to take their acts to the next level. It gives tips, tactics & strategies for taking bands from the bedroom to the ballroom! Obviously, this is a journey we started at Metropolis over ten years ago and it was fascinating to chat about some of the processes we have been through.Brad Lazarus, founder of the Gigging Succsess website zoned into three areas and 45 minutes later there was still plenty to chat about.Click here to listen to the podcast.
Video
About 18 months ago we had complete rebrand which involved shooting a brand new live promotional video. We discussed everything from approaching the idea with the client to the technical nuts and bolts of how the video is made. We’re still exceedingly grateful for the support received from companies such as Bespoke Events, Atmotion Videography and One Marylebone who were so instrumental in this project. We also mentioned our ‘wonderful crew’ and forgot to name check James at Entertec & Steve at Grove Studio – you know who you are!
Social Media
We also take our presence in the world of social media pretty seriously. It helps reflect who we are as a brand – modern, progressive and always trying to push the boundaries of what’s possible. The Jewish Chuppah Music Videos we made as collaboration with Blake Ezra Photography are a prime example of this.
India
Another big part of our portfolio are international events: We’ve now had the opportunity to perform in India three times. As Brad put it - one event has now led to three! We’re very grateful to the relationships we have with Scarlett Entertainment & Vikrant Pawa – one of India’s finest party DJs (and dairy farmers believe it or not!)If you interested in taking your band to the next level Gigging Success is invaluable source of information and inspiration – I only wish it was around 10 years ago!Any questions, just drop us a line.... Hopefully it won't be too long before we chat to Brad again! PS you can also download the podcast on iTunes
